Booking Policies
Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to book your appointment, please contact us on Instagram to get deposit information.
$35 New Client | $30 Regular Client
All payments and deposits to Nailed It are non refundable.
Please note your appointment is NOT scheduled until you’ve submitted a deposit. Your remaining balance will be paid day of your appointment.
Payment Methods:
Zelle and Venmo are accepted.
Exact cash is also accepted!
Rescheduling/ Cancellations:
To reschedule your appointment you must reschedule via confirmation link emailed to you at least 48 hours prior to original appointment time. Past this will be considered last minute cancellation.
ONE reschedule is allowed per deposit. Please note, same month availability may not be available.
Same day cancellations are subject to a $30 fee to compensate for the time slot lost. Fee must be paid to rebook. Although I understand life can happen, this small fee helps support me from losing up to 2hrs worth of payment.
Late Fee:
Please be punctual as sometimes I am booked back to back.
10min late = $10, 15min late = forfeited deposit/appointment
Extra Info:
No extra guest please.
No calls/ No shows will not be booked again.
